In the automotive world, a reputation is hard to build and easy to lose. I have built mine over more than two decades of hard work, and I have chosen to protect it by always putting honesty ahead of any sale.
My journey in this industry began in the mid-1990s at Romania’s very first Chrysler and Jeep distributor. It was a pioneering era that sparked my passion for automotive excellence. Later, in the year 2000, I joined the newly established official importer that took over national distribution—Chrysler Jeep Import Romania. There, I grew professionally, eventually stepping into the role of General Manager.
Those years shaped me not only as a professional, but as a businessman: I learned to read a client, to understand a car far beyond its spec sheet, and to build relationships that last long after the transaction is complete. I became so closely associated with the brand that many didn’t even know my last name anymore—I was simply “Aristel from Chrysler” (Aristel de la Chrysler).
Since then, I have continued to expand my business horizon. I have gained extensive experience in automotive financing (leasing and credit for both individuals and companies), completed an Executive MBA, and remained, at my core, the very same person: direct, approachable, and intolerant of mediocrity—whether in products, services, or people.
