1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
“AutoPremio”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to the AutoPremio private intermediary service operating at autopremio.com
“Member”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or legal entity registered on the platform
“Dealer” refers to any authorised automobile dealer partnering with AutoPremio
“Listing” refers to any vehicle offer published on the platform or communicated via newsletter
“Service” refers to all services provided by AutoPremio as described herein
2. Nature of the Service
AutoPremio is a private intermediary and advisory service. We are not an automobile dealer and do not own, stock, or sell vehicles directly. Our role is to:
Source and curate vehicle offers from our network of authorised dealers
Present these offers to registered members via newsletter, alerts, and the website
Facilitate communication between members and dealers
Provide financing advisory and coordinate financing applications on behalf of members
Offer a personalised concierge search service
All vehicle purchase contracts are concluded directly between the member (buyer) and the relevant authorised dealer. AutoPremio is not a party to the sale contract.
3. Membership
3.1 Registration is free and open to individuals aged 18 and over and to legally registered companies.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep it up to date.
3.3 Membership may be suspended or terminated at AutoPremio’s discretion in the event of abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
3.4 You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting contact@autopremio.com.
4. Vehicle Listings and Accuracy
4.1 Listings are sourced from authorised dealers and published in good faith. AutoPremio endeavours to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information (price, availability, specification) is current at all times.
4.2 Prices shown are indicative. Final pricing is subject to confirmation with the relevant dealer.
4.3 Vehicle availability may change without notice. AutoPremio accepts no liability for vehicles becoming unavailable after a listing is published.
4.4 Financing simulations are indicative only and subject to creditworthiness assessment by the financing institution.
5. AutoPremio’s Role — Intermediary Only
5.1 AutoPremio acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the condition, quality, legality, or fitness for purpose of any vehicle listed on the platform.
5.2 Any warranties, guarantees, or after-sales obligations are solely those of the authorised dealer from whom the vehicle is purchased.
5.3 AutoPremio does not accept liability for any dispute arising between a member and a dealer following a transaction.
6. Financing Advisory
6.1 AutoPremio provides financing advisory as a service to members and acts as an intermediary with financing institutions. AutoPremio is not a financial institution and does not itself extend credit.
6.2 Financing applications are subject to the terms, conditions, and approval processes of the relevant bank or IFN. AutoPremio makes no guarantee of financing approval.
6.3 Members are responsible for reviewing and understanding the financing terms before signing any financing agreement.
7. Fees
7.1 Membership is free of charge for buyers.
7.2 AutoPremio earns a commission from dealers upon successful completion of a transaction. This commission does not affect the price paid by the member.
7.3 AutoPremio may charge a service fee for the concierge search service in specific circumstances. Any such fee will be communicated and agreed in advance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on autopremio.com — including text, design, logos, and photographs — is the property of AutoPremio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
AutoPremio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the service
AutoPremio’s total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of commissions earned from the specific transaction giving rise to the claim
AutoPremio is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any vehicle listing or dealer information
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
11. Changes to These Terms
AutoPremio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, registered members will be notified by email.
